Loeticia was amazing and this salon provides the best salon service in Victoria! Timely, efficient, professional courteous (offering lots of tea and checking in) and high quality service for an affordable price. I highly recommend Kazen if you want a salon that will listen to what you want you desire hair cut/color wise and execute it. I chose Kazen for bridal hair and make-up services for my wedding last month and couldn’t have been happier with the results! I was an out of town bride so when it came to choosing a salon for the big day, I wanted to ensure I could arrange a hair and make up trial as well since I wasn’t able to use my regular stylist. Finding a salon that fitted within my budget proved tricky, until I came across Kazen, who gave me the most competitive quote. The staff were a pleasure from beginning to end. Roxane was prompt in her communications and was even able to assist in recommending a florist to me. The trial was great because it gave us an opportunity to make small tweaks to the look for the big day. Samantha did an AMAZING job on my hair. I wanted quite an intricate braided do and she worked with so much patience and care. I had countless compliments on my hair. Divine is a fantastic and talented make-up artist. I told her that I’m not someone who normally wears a lot of make-up and wanted to keep the look fairly natural. Both Samantha and Divine understood exactly the type of look I wanted and executed it perfectly - thank you ladies! A special mention also to Alissa who did my mum and aunt’s hair. They both looked stunning and thoroughly enjoyed being pampered. Aside from doing a fantastic job, we had the salon to ourselves the whole morning and were able to bring in sparkling wine to start the day off with a bang. Kazen also provided coffees, orange juice, strawberries and cookies, which was a nice touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kazen for bridal services and if I lived in Victoria I’m sure this would be my regular salon.

I have been going to Kazen Hair & Beauty for 6 years. I have had a couple of different stylists and they have all been amazing. Everyone is super friendly and sweet. They make you feel super comfortable and the atmosphere is very positive. They are all talented, very intuitive and great to listen to what you want. I currently see Amanda and I get compliments even time I have anything done. I highly recommend!
