Mitzi and I have been coming to Kamloops Veterinary clinic for 5 years and everyone is always so kind to him. (And us) They have been super helpful in his senior years, as he has developed a complicated heart condition. The front desk staff is always wonderful & they really treat mitzi like he’s their own. Morgan is especially sweet and we love to see her when we come in 💞

I’ve had wonderful experiences with Kamloops Veterinary Clinic. Over the years they consistently delivered excellent care. Every visit felt smooth and supportive, and the team always treated my dog with thoughtful care. I want to give special recognition to Morgan. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was easy and comfortable, she brought a level of warmth and attention that made a real difference. She remembered us, understood my dog’s needs right away, and made each interaction feel personal. I’m truly grateful for the kindness and dedication she showed. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for thoughtful and reliable veterinary care.

Our pup just had TPLO surgery at the Kamloops vet clinic. We couldn’t be more happy with our experience. The staff were so knowledgeable and helpful (right down to helping us find financing) they were thorough with aftercare instructions and we felt they genuinely cared about our girl. I can’t thank you guys enough for everything. Truly the best experience for something that had my husband and I feeling very emotional. Thank you for making this so smooth for us and our girl. Thank you thank you thank you!

So grateful to Dr. Juliette & her amazing staff at Kamloops Veterinary Clinic. My daughter adopted her rescue terrier from the Clinic last year, & I was able to get a short notice appointment for Kahlua, suffering from a UTI. Other Vets could not see her for a week! Good prices, Urinalysis, Antibiotics, Probiotics & thorough Consult. 24 hours later, Kahlua is much more comfortable! Kahlua is a 3 year old St. Bernard & this is her first experience with medication other than Vaccines.

From the moment I called in a panic, the staff were calm, kind, and compassionate. they acted fast, guided me through what to do, and were ready the second we arrived. Their quick action, expertise, and genuine care made all the difference during one of the scariest moments of my life. Kilo is now home and recovering because of them. Highly recommend Phases Emergency Vet Clinic to any pet owner! they are lifesavers.
