I can't say enough how Dr. Desai and team were so supportive. I have really bad anxiety. I felt very cared for in the chair. I am happy they will work with me to improve the issues I have. Her patient care is top notch.

Dr. Desai and her team are amazing! The initial consultation was thorough and informative, helping me understand the nature of my receding gums and the necessary grafts required. Being a single mom on a limited budget, I appreciated how she provided a staged treatment plan to help maximize my yearly insurance benefits and keep my out of pocket costs as low as possible. The gum grafting was successful, and performed with great care. She has a very gentle touch and so precise with that laser! I am an anxious patient in general, but felt very safe and supported thanks to her calm, confident chairside manner - everyone at that office is so professional and kind. Gum grafting isnt a picnic, but after having many other surgical procedures in my 40+ years, I can truly say this was a great patient experience. Cheers.

I have been a patient of Dr. Desai's for well over a decade, with complex periodontal issues. Dr. Desai has performed numerous surgeries on me with outstanding results every time. Her staff are exceptionally professional and caring. I have all my hygiene performed at Dr. Desai's office, because of their expertise. Kamloops is very lucky to have someone of Dr. Desai's level of experience and world-class expertise.
