Kamloops Hot Yoga is a yoga studio in Kamloops offering hot, warm, and room temperature classes for all skill levels with no judgment. The studio reopens June 1st after completing a Worksafe BC safe‑reopening plan and provides an introductory package of unlimited classes for $75 to first‑time clients. Community classes are led by new teachers from recent Yoga Teacher Training, allowing them to practice and refine their skills. The studio features a welcoming atmosphere and flexible scheduling for students of all ages.

I've been going to Kamloops Hot Yoga off and on for years. The studio is always immaculate, the staff are friendly, and the classes are always great. I enjoy being able to try different classes with different instructors. I always leave feeling relaxed physically and mentally.

I have always wanted to practice yoga again after 2 years coming to Canada. Then suddenly the opportunity came. The studio is amazingly clean, tidy, and welcoming. Everyone is so gentle, supportive and kind. The reception team is amazing. Always have a good chat with them. I love all the classes I attended as there was relaxing moments, hot-sweats ones, and of course, they are all fun, enjoyable and energizing. One of the thing I love the most is that all instructors keep reassuring that we can anytime go with our flow, listen to our body, it's not about how deep you can get into a pose. It's all about us. Which I really appreciate. The washroom is super clean and well-organized. There are plenty of carpark slots.
