Highly recommend K&R plumbing and Heating! . I had a no heat issue and he had a technician at my home in Fort Saskatchewan with 30 minutes. The tech was very helpful and answered all of my questions even ones not related to the no heat issue. He gave me options and a no pressure approach. The heat was back up and running within an hour. He walked me through what each piece of the unit does, how to change the settings for different seasons and how to take it apart to see inside if needed. Answered all the questions I had.
