Had an awesome experience here. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit feel relaxed from the start. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the views of nature while using the sauna and cold plunge were amazing. Such a refreshing and enjoyable experience overall, I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind!

Incredible spot. I made a huge error in booking recently, and Amanda the owner was absolutely amazing, not only dealing with my time mistake, but helped resolve the issue on the spot. She then made it work for us to come and use the facility. That in it's own shows the care put into your time slot at Just Breathe. She really did go above and beyond what was asked, and I'm so grateful for that type of small business. This was my first cold plunge & sauna experience. And it was perfect. The spot is completely private, and has all the essentials you need. She helped walked us through the first dip in the basins, and provided great tips for the process of hot and cold. We went at night, and it was raining which added so much more depth to the experience. The sauna has a dome side that looks off at the forest and it was just so serene. So happy we found this spot. And will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved Just Breathe Wellness Spa. From the moment we arrived, Amanda made us feel so welcome. She is a beautiful soul: warm, and caring, and so easy to connect with. It honestly felt like I’d known her my whole life. Absolutely loved my post run, plunge, sauna conversation with her. The space itself is stunning: three amazing cold plunges in a gorgeous, totally private setting, a huge sauna infused with essential oils, an awesome outdoor sitting/relaxation space with fireplace. Extra touches of robes, showers, and a large, bright bathroom with a hot shower. Hot drinks were available too, which was also such a thoughtful touch. It was an incredibly special experience shared with our Abbotsford Trail Running Club friends. I left feeling very replenished. So grateful for this experience. I genuinely feel like I’ve made a new friend for life. Highly, highly recommend Just Breathe Wellness Spa. 💙❄️🔥

This was my first time at just breath wellness, all I can say is WOW! Amanda has covered every detail from sauna hats, cool spearmint clothes, tea, water and overall a beautiful setting! I am already looking forward to my next visit.

I booked a 2-hour visit for my fiance and I to enjoy, and we will definitely be coming back and recommending this to our friends and family. I added a charcuterie board and a mocktail as a little treat, and they were both delicious! We left feeling so incredibly relaxed. Amanda was so lovely to work with and made us feel very welcome to the space. She was also very accommodating as I had booked it last minute. Would highly recommend booking yourself into this place for a nice little treat. A great way to spend two hours!
