This place is fantastic. My daughter did the 1 year old program, she is typically very reserved and shy. She took some time to open up and coach Leslie was very kind and understanding. Throughout the program my child opened up more and became more confident and ended up absolutely loving it! We will definitely be signing her up again at this location.

Had a really positive experience here for my 5 year old daughter. We just finished an 8 class summer afternoon program with Coach Leslie and he was fantastic. My daughter is extremely anxious and shy. Coach Leslie was very patient and encouraging with her, even though she had the occasional melt down once or twice. She had an amazing time and by the final class was trying every activity and piece of equipment. It took 5-6 classes for her to fully warm up... But she says Coach Leslie is one of her favorite teachers ever, even though she's still a little scared of him 😅. I really appreciate the patience and persistence to include and encourage her. The facility is great, and the washroom even has a few diapers available if you have to change a little one! My daughter is gaining confidence and learning resilience and determination. She gets frustrated when she doesn't get things right the first time, but Jump gymnastics is giving her the opportunity to make mistakes and learn from them in a safe and supportive environment. I highly recommend Jump Gymnastics and my daughter is excited to come back for the fall term! Thanks Coach Leslie!

Took my kid to Jump Gymnastics, but our experience wasn’t great. No one welcomed us or gave any orientation on the first day, which felt a bit cold. The coaches didn’t seem very enthusiastic — more like they were just doing their job. Even adult fitness instructors are expected to be patient and attentive, so kids’ coaches should be even more so. At times, the head coach gave a look that felt like “How do you not know this?” which isn’t encouraging at all. Kids need more guidance and positive feedback, especially when instructions aren’t clear. From a parent’s view, it came off as unprofessional and a bit careless. On the plus side, the facility is clean, well-kept, and welcoming. The Richmond location overall is nice. It was just an okay experience. I hope they work on orientation, communication, and coaching attitude to make it better for the kids.

We just had our daughter's 5yo birthday party at this location, and it was SO MUCH fun for the kiddos. We have nothing but sincerest gratitude towards coach Leslie and coach Kim for being so patient, collaborative and creative. Many parents in our group said they were surprised to see their kids enjoy gymnastics again and now consider sending their kids for classes here. Thank you Jump Gymnastics and your staff (Your planning/admin staff have been so accommodating with our many needs!) for giving my daughter a wonderful birthday! Highly recommended!
