I have had many bad experiences with mechanics, from disregarding the issue only to have to come back with the same issue, to damaging my vehicle elsewhere in the process of doing the repair. My experience with Juan’s auto shop has always been as stress free as possible and the team does a great job at getting to the route of the issue. They are always very accommodating, ensuring they have a loaner vehicle available for me and give regular updates into what is going on and any changes to the total cost of repair.

Excellent Service and Honest Mechanics and shop! I had a great experience at Juan’s, I brought my 2007 Porsche Cayman 987 in for a unique issues with my gear box, and the team was professional, transparent, and efficient from start to finish. The staff took the time to explain the issue and gave me a clear breakdown of the costs. There were no surprise fees, and the price felt very fair for the quality of work. The job was completed quickly and my car has been running perfectly ever since. What really stood out was their honesty and integrity, they didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, which is something I truly appreciate in a mechanic shop. I highly recommend anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy auto service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance!

I did not use Juan's service because my car was under warranty with a dealer that was waffling on a repair to the heater core. I came in to ask Juan if he could repair it. It is a very expensive job. I was told it would be $4800 by the dealer. Juan & the front desk fella (also very nice) spent way more time than they needed to to help guide me through the process with the dealer. They were looking up parts & making calls- inspected my car & heater problems- all of which they did not have to. Other auto repair shops would have jumped all over me to repair it themselves & make a healthy return on the repair, but not Juan. He probably spent over an hour (twice) talking to me. And he never once said "we should be charging you for this", (like other repair shops who've spent way less time) have said. Juan is at the top of my GO-TO shops now. Btw, I shop around. I had already been to 4 shops before I found Juan. And lastly- the good news- after speaking with Juan, (he gave me the courage to face the dealer) & the dealer fixed the heater core for free. :-) Amen to Juan & his team...and Juan's wife too. She is very nice & knowledgeable about cars. (oh & the only reason I didn't give him 5 Stars is because I didn't use their service.)
