Was able to book in relatively soon and fast the website makes it so nice and easy to do online. I called to confirm the appointment over the phone and the person I spoke with was absolutely lovely to talk to and mentioned I could stop in at any point to have my hair looked at and get a more accurate quote if wanted. I was sent a confirmation email and got a phone call morning of, you don’t have to pay for parking it is part of the service which I thought was such a nice touch. Staff is so friendly my hair was done the exact way I wanted it to be done. I only showed a couple photos at the beginning of the session and while she was in-between working on 3 different people I never felt forgotten, it felt personalized and they truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Highly recommend

Customer service at this salon is unparalelled! Abra is a phenomenal stylist....a perfectionist and committed to providing the style you want or suggesting a style if you so choose. My hair is very dry from a perm I had recently (not here), and I chose to have a moisturizing treatment along with a cut/style. The difference in my hair is amazing...I am so happy. do I sound like I am "gushing"....well I am. This salon is the best!!!

Such an excellent salon, you walk in and greeted with open arms. The quality of expertise and customer service is unmatched to any other salon I have been to. I always walk out with exactly what I wanted and feeling great. 10/10 recommend only place I have felt complete trust in the person doing my hair!

I have been going to Jonni's for three years, and Jonni and Liz cut my hair. Not only is the quality of their services and products excellent, but the team makes you feel like you just walked in to your friend's house, and they truly care about the community they live in to make it a welcome place for all.

Jonni’s salon is my absolute favourite place to go. Abra is so talented and always does such a good job on my hair 🙂 The atmosphere is amazing and I always feel so welcomed. I highly recommend this family owned business!
