This was my first visit to Jonathan Mark Salon and I adored the experience! I have recently decided to grow out the grey in my hair but, even though I no longer wish to colour, I still want to leave the salon feeling transformed and amazing! Shanlee gave me an incredible cut, taking the time with my thick, coarse hair to ensure it was properly shaped, thinned, textured and styled. The salon itself is small and intimate and the people are super friendly! The mix of stylists and clientele during my visit was diverse in age and style and I loved how everyone engaged in the same conversations at times. It truly felt like an evening out with friends with an awesome bonus haircut! Such a cool vibe! I will definitely be back and have plans to book an appointment for my daughter with Shanlee soon! Prices are super reasonable for the service and the online booking system is very convenient.

Tessa has been my hairdresser for years now and never fails to disappoint. She always goes the extra mile to make sure I'm satisfied. She always guarantees her work and is the most amazing, friendly person I've met. The owner of the salon (Jon) is also amazing, friendly, and has the best jokes. You won't be disappointed if you try this salon

Tawna has been my hair stylist for years, and I absolutely adore her. The salon is always clean, I love the atmosphere, the staff are just fantastic. Tawna always does an amazing job on may hair. I moved away from Lethbridge, but I will always make the drive to go to this Salon for my hair. Highly recommend!

I've been getting my (very) short hair cut with Jon for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. He's super talented and knows how to customize a cut to your individual style and face shape. Jon and his staff are also just super friendly and fun to do business with. Highly recommend!

I saw Tessa and was planning to just get a regular haircut given that I hadn't gotten one since before the pandemic, and let me just say, this was probably the best experience in a salon I've had in years. All the employees were incredibly friendly, but also professional. Tessa really took the time to understand what I wanted with my hair, and even made some great suggestions herself that I loved. I was already going to be leaving happy, but what really made the experience over the top was she also fixed my boyfriend's hair (After I had made him an appointment at a barbers shop and it ended up being a disaster. Totally my fault). She was the one who suggested she could take a look and see if she could help. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I'm in need of a cut, and so will my boyfriend.
