I had my furnace replaced on August 12 of 2025. Colin recommended a made in Canada product :Continental 2 stage variable speed high efficiency furnace. I was happy to hear that furnaces were made in our country and to support the Canadian company. I was given a date and a time and the job was completed exactly as stated. The young service man [Jordan] was efficient and very informative. As we had it installed in the summer I did not run the furnace until October. The house is warm and comfortable and I am very happy with the result. Just be aware that your gas appliances [hot water tank, fireplace] pilot lights have to be relit. I highly recommend John Sadler Company and thank for your great service.

We had them come out to service our gas fireplace and what a good job they did. Turns out the logs were installed improperly and we didn’t have the manual for it. So they took the time to search out the proper setup online and got it put together properly. Now it looks even better then when we moved in. Highly recommend

BC Wide Home Services did an inspection on my furnace and told me I needed over $700 in parts plus labour to fix the problem, and recommended i replace my 16 year old furnace. The furnace was only 10 years old, so I felt suspicious and wanted a second opinion. Jordan from John Sadler Plumbing and Heating came over, found some condensation in one of the lines, and that fixed it. Literally zero parts and 10 minutes of work. As a business owner myself, I love honest businesses!

We had a problem when our boiler shut down as it supplied both our radiant heating system and our domestic hot water. Colin came our very promptly and from there on he took ownership of the problem. It involved quite a bit of troubleshooting, but he explained every step to us.  He also had to source some parts, one of which had to be flown in from the Maritimes. The boiler is now fully back in action. My wife and I cannot  thank Colin enough for his professional, courteous and caring manner. A first class job carried out at a very fair price, no hidden surprises and everything explained fully throughout, overall an exceptional service.
