Don't bother trying to do walk-ins or anything. They don't greet anyone as they walk in unless they know you. I have been going here for almost a year, getting laser hair removal treatments. I always walked in, sat down and Jenn would come get me when she was ready for me. Today I showed up at 11:50 for my noon appointment. The place was busy, with lots of customers coming and going. As soon as someone's client would walk in, the staff member would come over and greet them immediately. No one made any effort to check with the rest of us customers if we had been helped. I sat there for 40 minutes waiting, I tried to get one girls attalention while she idly chit chatted with her customer she was cashing out. I did they want to be rude and interrupt. As soon as we made eye contact she left the counter, so I left too. Apparently Jenn no longer works there, and they locked her out of the system. No one here thought to let her clients know their appointments are cancelled.

A friend recommended me to check this salon out - I've been here twice now, once for a haircut and a few weeks later, to get my hair toned. Both services and stylists were great. I ran into an issue with one of my services (miscommunication between stylist and myself) and reached out via email to the salon. The response was very prompt, understanding and provided the clarity that I needed. They were able to resolve the issue in a customer-centric and prompt way, which I 100% appreciated. I would recommend this salon based on the stylists and service I received, but based on the after-care, I would definitely recommend. Sometimes the service isn't just what you receive when you are in the chair. :) Thank you!

I recently moved from Sherwood Park to Spruce Grove & when I went to book in with my SP stylist, I realized she was on mat leave. I was very nervous to find a new stylist to cut my hair as I have heard so many horror stories & I did not know anyone locally to give me a referral to a stylist. I decided to book in with Brooklyn, and she was amazing! I could tell how much she cared to ensure my haircut was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I definitely have a new local stylist now, and I'm so grateful I found John Kenneth & Brooklyn. The months of waiting and being nervous were well worth finding Brooklyn. Thanks, Brooklyn! Best hairstylist I have been to, I would definitely recommend this place if you looking for a great hairstylist this be the place to go, the ladies are wonderful here and know what they are doing!! I will definitely keep going here. Some of the work they do in the pictures
