I had my vehicle towed to Joe’s Locksmith for an ignition rebuild. I said same‑day service wasn’t required, but I was told the car still had to be finished and picked up that day, so I stayed in Moose Jaw to wait. I was given an estimate of 5–7pm, but I didn’t receive any updates and couldn’t get a clear timeline when I called. By late evening, there was still no indication of when the work would be completed, and I had to arrange a long‑distance ride home. The communication and expectations around timing were not handled well, and the experience was far from what I would expect from a professional shop.

I cannot express my gratitude enough, in a time of desperation (all my local locksmiths were on vacation) Joe's went above and beyond even though I live 2hrs away. You can tell customer service is a top priority, the staff were knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks Joe's

So impressed with the service received from Joe’s locksmith. His grandson ( don’t know his name) helped us solve our Schlage keyless lock dilemma. We are grateful he took time for us in a very courteous and very education way . Thank ! You !

On very short notice, I needed to have my locks rekeyed before I left town. Joe’s sent Logan out right away. Logan’s level of professionalism while on site was impressive. He also added a large dose of kindness and consideration when he stuck around to help me out with something outside of his scope. Highly recommend.
