I had another great experience with JJA Mechanical. Can’t say enough good things about the office staff, Zeph the technician and the way this company approaches all plumbing issues. They are solution finders. They don’t panic, they don’t stall and they offer fair and competitive pricing. I called about a leaking toilet, two faucets that had no pressure and a slight leak in the hot water tank. Zeph fixed everything and explained it all when he finished. Job completed quickly, efficiently and with zero ness. Can you ask for better? Call them - you’re in good hands.

On Monday, October 27th at 12:06 PM, a plumber from JJ&A Mechanical (vehicle plate VR2129) arrived at my apartment to inspect the bathroom due to a water leak we experienced over the weekend. He was a tall, white male in his 20s with freckles on his face. The inspection was very quick, and after he left, I realized that my heart-shaped Pandora earrings were missing. I had left them in the bathroom as I was getting ready for work before the plumber arrived. After he left, I continued doing my makeup and that’s when I noticed they were gone. Please be cautious — do not leave any valuables in plain sight, as this unfortunate incident happened to me today. ////////////// It’s disappointing to see that a conclusion was made without even giving me the chance to explain my side. I find it unfair and unprofessional to be judged without being heard. I raised my concern seriously and expected to be treated with respect, not dismissed so lightly.

JJ&A were great to work with. In the span of one week, they quoted the replacement of my old hot water tank and boiler system and completed the installation of my new high efficiency combination boiler. The work was well executed and the communication through the project was excellent. We are very pleased with the whole experience.
