Denied service today for drying my clothes August 16, 2025. Said I need to use there washers to use dryers. This is Canada. Not China or Korea. Learn the local customs here. I would give a 0 star for denial of service. I hope the denial was worth this beautiful review for your business.

The first time I came here was the last. The owner was very rude, the machines are expensive and the load is ridiculously tiny. The place is janky. Bad vibes. I couldn’t wait to never go there again. Thankfully I have my own laundry now. I feel sorry for the people who have to deal with this place.

I think it was the owner who kept yelling at me saying I was putting too much in the dryer and saying "look at what you did, you won't have enough time." I simply wanted to get my laundry out of the basket first and then separate it. I tried to explain this and said I was going to put them in 2 dryers, but he just kept yelling at me. If he brought it up calmly, that would be fine, but he was awful. I have quite bad social anxiety and just wanted to make sure I wasnt taking up a cart for too long. I understand trying to make sure someone will have their laundry done on time, but I dont understand treating your customers like shit. It was my first time coming to this particular laundromat and I dont think I'll ever be coming back. Important to note: it was 40 minutes before closing and I was going to dry my loads for 24 minutes. Should mention that the younger man working at the front is much kinder and plenty more helpful.

This is a good place. The owner is really nice and well organized. Very commodious place with lots of machines, and also numerous heavy duty washers that handle quilts and blankets. The owner will provide all the coins you need and you pay with your debit. He has the soaps and fabric softeners for sale and he'll transfer your laundry to dryers. There's comfortable seating where you can wait in the laundromat, or coffee places nearby.

When our washer broke down, we resorted to JJ Coin Laundry and I'm glad we did! The shop's just a walking distance from our old place so going there back and forth was no issue. Depending on your load, the price is actually reasonable and cheap! The whole place is clean and organized. You have tables where you can fold your clothes after. They also have a tv and couches so you can chill while you wait!
