Dwayne has been our ‘go to’ service provider for all of our plumbing and heating needs for a number of years now. We operate a hotel with over 150 rooms and he has always provided incredible service. Response time and quality of work is excellent. Highly recommend. One of the best !!

Jet plumbing has been excellent to work with. I have had a few employees from Jet on the property. They all have been very kind, considerate and professional. Dwayne is my go to plumber. There is absolutely no person I go to for water issues or concerns other than Dwayne. In the instances he was unable to address my concern himself, he has relayed me to another individual after assessing what I need. From minor toilet issues to addressing emergency multi floor floods. I have and will always follow Dwayne wherever he goes. No matter the concern I have or the time of emergency, he is always able to help me. He is an superb gentleman to work with. I have never had a bad experience in the years I've worked with Dwayne.

Discovered a leak and needed a pipe replaced under our foundation. Was done in a timely manner and was much cheaper than we expected. We were very happy with the techs professionalism and would recommended them to anyone. Very pleased with the work!

I had some issues with a drain in our bathroom. They sent a young guy over to help. He refused to go underneath my mobile home and access the plug at the clean out. He was much more comfortable taking out our toilet and accessing the clog there. Totally unnecessary.I had already ran a short snake through the toilet and the clog was way past where I wanted him to access my plumbing. Because the toilet was clogged there was sewage all over our bathroom floor despite his little shop vac job he did to clean out the toilet and suck around the wax ring. After we laughed and laughed about that for a while, he ran the snake through and spun the threads on the clean out on the bottom of our home. The access that he should’ve used in the first place. He drilled right into the ground and it came out of our skirting on the side of our house. To put it in perspective this is what went on in the first hour. 1. Contractor didn’t listen to where he needed to access the plug resulting in sewage everywhere inside our bathroom and underneath our house. 2. Contractor drilled through clean out resulting in damaged threading and damaged our skirting on our place. After talking to the owner about the atrocities that had occurred. I explained to him in detail what needed to be done. My clean out need to be fixed and we needed a vac truck to come over and clean the sewage under our house. Not too hard to understand, I know. His response was simple. He decided to talk over me really really fast and leaving me hanging with the mess. I’M SORRY ABOUT YOUR LUCK. That’s all that this clown had to say. Really classy. Not only did he think that I should clean up their mess with a vac truck. He thought that I needed to have that done before they were going to fixed the clean out that they screwed up the threads on. I don’t recommend this company to anyone. The contractor they sent out didn’t listen and the manager could give a rip if the job is done right. Now my house stinks all the time so hurray for that.

Jay was very attentive on the phone. Answered all my questions right away and had the answers I was looking for. Him and his team were able to replace my hot water tank same day. Darcy was the tech that actually did the job. He was great. Professional. Price was great. Super happy with them and would certainly recommend them in the future.
