The owner misdiagnosed my alternator problem. Gave him another chance to change the alternator on my C240 Station wagon he refused saying the city of Chilliwack does not allow cars to be parked outside the bay doors a complete lie Do not take your cars to be fixed by this garage

A great experience at Jesperson's. I brought my 2013 Ford Fusion in because there was a slight rubbing noise as I was driving. It turns out it was related to the brakes, but it wasn't an urgent issue. There was no hard sell, or any pressure to get the work done right away, and there was no charge for them to diagnose the problem.

My husband brought our vehicle to Jesperson’s to have the AC fixed. It was blowing cold when we left, but stopped working on our way out of town for the long weekend two days later. To paint a picture, it was 34°c and I’m 8 months pregnant. It was incredibly disappointing to pay for a service that was not fulfilled. He brought it back in and was quoted $1100 to have it fixed properly. It would’ve been nice to know they weren’t intending to do a thorough job in the first place. Great display of their integrity.
