I visited Jerry’s for the first time and had an amazing experience! Actually, I was shocked to learn how many services they offered and the privacy their huge space offers! It truly is a spa experience! I was delighted with the professional service!

Disappointing for the price. Firstly found the 'jazz' music being played in the background sounded like someone had the same song on repeat. Simran did a decent job on the pedicure (was attentive to detail and did not rush), however the manicure was very disappointing. Requested ridge filler only on the finger nails (nails have ridges and I hate polish on my finger nails). I felt she rushed through the manicure because I didn't want polish. She asked how many coats of the filler I wanted, but I didn't know how much would be sufficient to cover the nail ridges so I asked her opinion and she stated that they 'usually do one' and only did the one (FYI it was NOT sufficient). Trying to engage in any conversation was like pulling teeth. I'm a chatty person and I tried multiple times to chat with her. She was polite and answered any questions but did not reciprocate any type of conversation. I requested a hot water bottle for under my feet as I was cold and was abruptly told they 'don't do that any longer' - there was no alternative offered to keep my feet warm (i.e. heating pad). I also found the obviously fake cheeriness of the young lady at the front desk grating and irritating. I hated the obvious attempt to request a 'tip' for service on the screen (no option to choose 'no tip' - you had to choose 'other', etc). FYI if you want a tip, you should go 'above and beyond' what is expected (I had higher expectations for the price being charged here). I didn't even get that, so why would I tip?

Absolutely thrilled with my hair color! Anastasia is truly amazing-the blending is beautiful, the color is vibrant, and her attention to detail is incredible. I feel fantastic. Highly recommend!
