Jenny is amazing. If you are looking for someone who can push you todo your best, someone who is knowledgeable on how the body works and someone who can take you out of your comfort zone, this is your trainer. You will never be bored at one of her sessions, you will do things you never thought possible and she will never let you give up.

I adore Jenny and if you take her classes, you will too. Training to her is not just a job, it's her whole life and she basically adopts each and every person who comes through her doors. Her classes are fun and challenging for every level of fitness. When I started, I was little better than a melted Hershey's kiss body-wise. She helped myself and my hubs transform our shapes. If you want personal attention and to feel like your trainer is invested in you and your success and really cares, this is the lady to help you out.
