Have seen Jessie a few times for an slip that left me pretty haggered. She is exceptionally kind, friendly, warm and ridiculously good at what she does. She explains what she's doing thoroughly and how it can help, and how the work she sends you home with will only benefit you so it's incredibly motivating.
