I went into this salon yesterday with nails that were a train wreck. Weeks past a reasonable time for a fill. Damage from working outside. I’m shocked that they didn’t insist that I get a new set. The environment was clean and pleasant. The ladies were nice and down to earth. NATALIE performed a miracle on my hands. My nails are EXACTLY the way I like them. My boyfriend even commented that they were better than the nails I’ve had the last two years. I have found my favourite place! Thank you!!🙏

Lovely ladies and amazing work! Booked an appt the night before for a nail set - showed up a bit early, and asked if they could also do a pedicure. They not only fit me in early - they got both done and did and amazing job. I’ll be back again! Thank you!

As per all the reviews, to be fair, I think their bread and butter is nail service. Shop was clean, no doubt about their cleanliness. But based on my experience, I am a little bit disappointed with their massage service. I passed by their shop to check and try one of their services. The Host, (probably the owner) was kind enough to accommodate me even if I didn't have an appointment. I came as a Walk-in client around 4 pm to try their massage and she offered me the same time/same day massage service. She assigned me to a nice Vietnamese lady. I tried a 30-minute massage and I specifically pointed out my right arm and right foot where I am experiencing muscle fatigue that I have been bearing for almost 3 weeks. I was busy so I never had time to go to a shop as most of them close early and open on weekends. To be honest, the quality of the massage service was not that great. It's like, she just applied oil and then simply rubbed her hands on my arm and legs with a little pressure even if I already pointed out where the pain was. I should not get a leg massage as I specifically asked for a right foot massage. I thought that maybe she was not in the right mood because they were about to close their shop at 5pm. Although she asked me if I needed more pressure, I guess a professional who has experience in doing such service would know what to do to ease the muscle pain or fatigue. She would just keep repeating see a doctor when I knew that it was muscle fatigue. I have booked many professional massage therapists in Dubai and Vancouver so I know the feeling when the job is being done accordingly. I wish they were honest enough to just tell me that the shop is about to close in an hour and I would sincerely understand if they asked me to book a service another day on an earlier schedule than paying for a service that was never done professionally. I'm not saying the staff were not nice, personality wise, very accommodating and nice but of course, we would appreciate if we get the quality service. Perhaps they should remove their massage service if they are not professionally experienced.

I booked online on short notice and got Natalie, lovely lady, friendly, professional, gentle and patient. I had to combine ideas and she wasn’t put off by the challenge. I’m very pleased with the service! My only concern (which is not enough to go down a star) is that the gems are sharp edged and my ruin my clothes (in Edmonton they always put a clear topcoat over the gems to reduce damage to gem and clothing). Now I don’t have to drive to Edmonton or Saskatoon just to get my nails done! I will still go the Jenny in Edmonton cos she is THAT GOOD! 😃 Next time I’ll try getting my brows done too and post a review! Thank you Natalie!

These were easily one of the best sets of acrylics I have had and I've been getting them for over 3 years. She took her time, was attentive to detail, and made sure I was comfortable. Wonderful service, thank you!
