We've used them on a few occasions, reliable and dependable. We even had a call out for an emergency water leak which Chris promptly attended to on same day. The only hiccup we had was once being double booked for replacing a toilet but Chris was able to arrange a colleague to drop-by same day, in the evening instead of afternoon. Will continue to use them for their services.

We have been using Jansen Plumbing as long as they have been in business (30+ yrs) and have found them to be reliable and dependable every time. Chris is usually the person who comes to our rescue and today (Family Day), once again it was Chris who was quick to answer my frantic text when I discovered large soppy wet spots appearing in my carpet downstairs! He quickly determined it was probably failure to shut off the valve to our outside taps. Having just moved to a new location, we neglected to check that. As I was on my own and not familiar with this house, Chris offered to step me through the process and very patiently using the photos I sent, directed me to the appropriate valves to turn off. Success!! Thank you Chris for your patience and kindness. I really appreciated your help today. Jansen Plumbing & Heating has been my go-to since moving to Alberta. The office and service and maintenance staff are polite, knowledgeable, and eager to assist in any way possible. I have had plumbing and heating issues and the person attending has always been careful, respectful and cleaned the area they worked in. Chris owns and operates an amazing small local business. His employees are friendly, highly skilled and efficient. No time is wasted on site, they explain everything to you that they see needs to be done.
