I am really glad that I was recommended this shop to do repairs for my claim. Everything was done in a professional, timely manner and the team went above and beyond with their service- my car came back even nicer than before the incident! The courtesy car was great and much appreciated, just don't park at the shop across from them with all the no parking signs when you're returning it (I'm literally gonna be here for 5 minutes), they're complete hawks 🤣

I've used Jans twice now to deal with ICBC insurance claims, I have nothing but good things to say. Dealing with insurance is never fun but they made it seamless, the courtesy car provided was great, the lady at the front desk and they guy who went over my car with me were both very friendly. 10/10 would recommend, they are quick and my car comes back practically sparkling every time.
