We were having electrical issues. The entire house power was shutting off and we haven’t had heating for days in the December holiday season. The electrician who worked on the heat pumps didn’t come to investigate the issue, so the HVAC contractors contacted Jam Electric. Michael from Jam Electric called me immediately, understanding that we are facing issues and that it’s difficult to live in a space without heating. Michael came in the next morning despite the busy holiday season, he made time to come out and investigate the situation so we can be comfortable for the holidays. And best of all, he fixed the problem! And the house is warm again.

There are guys that will do the minimum to get the job done, then there's Mike. He was excellent from the start, communication turnaround was quick, description of the job was accurate and honest. He was thorough, did an onsite inspection, worked on load calculations to be sure we could do the job, then provided an estimate up front with no pressure to commit and answered all my questions. He worked quickly, was great to chat with, and cleaned the workspace as he wrapped up. Would definitely call on Mike again for future work!

I needed an electrician to do an assessment of the aluminum wiring in my home.
