The service was good. The technician arrived in good time and was able to finish the work quickly. What I didn't appreciate was the way they managed the pricing. Instead of breaking it down by labour and parts, I was offered six different tiers of payment options. These options ranged from a super pricey fix that included a whole system check and a 2 year warranty. We went for the cheapest option that included a 30 day guarantee. Didn't feel very transparent and I didn't appreciate being put on the spot with so many options like that.

Quality of work was excellent- Peter did a great job and he is friendly and professional. No mess, quick, and efficient. Scheduling with the office was a bit off- felt like I had to bug them more than I should have to book the job and then Peter came earlier than expected. I'm sure they're busy, so I'm not too worried about that. Altogether, a positive experience and I expect I will be using this company again.

Absolutely amazing service from Peter and the gentleman assisting him today. Repaired the leak we had - found the source, repaired that too and also gave us a course of action for the future work we will be requiring. They were on time, professional, kind and the cost was excellent. Once they were finished, they cleaned up everything and you wouldn't even know they were there. Would definitely recommend Jake Klassen plumbing!

I use Jake and his crew for both my home and business. Their service is second to none and I have been super happy with the quality of their work! They are so easy to talk to and are so helpful and professional! They always clean up after which is great! Their prices are fair and they respond extremely fast. Thanks Jake!! You guys are awesome!!!
