I had my nails done today by Emma and she did such an amazing job. I’m so happy with how they turned out! The staff at Jade are all friendly, professional, and very hardworking. Such a great experience—highly recommend this nail studio in New Westminster, BC.

Jade Nails has been my go-to space for over a year and I honestly can’t imagine going to any other salon! The aesthetic space and decor is curated so intentionally and as a client, I have always felt so cared for with each visit. I am always welcomed by the sweetest team and offered tea and snacks for my stay. I have celebrated so many milestones with the salon as I’ve had Anthony do my bridal manicure and pedicure - as well as my husbands! They also kindly hosted my bridesmaids for a group pedicure a couple days before my wedding. Vivian was so incredibly sweet and gave each of us a small gift to take home at the end of our appointments. Jade Nails will always hold a special place in my heart and I will continue to rave about the amazing team to all my family and friends!

I’ve been getting my nails done by Anthony and he is truly amazing! He’s so gentle, detailed, and always listens to exactly what I’m looking for. My nails come out perfect every single time — clean, beautifully shaped, and long-lasting. His artistry and precision really show in his work. On top of that, he’s friendly and makes every appointment comfortable and enjoyable. I always look forward to my visits. Highly recommend Anthony if you want flawless nails and exceptional service!

Really liked the pedicure Emma gave me but now my left big toe is swollen on the sides. I saw that she made my big toes less wider and she was a bit aggressive in the side walls of my nails but overall didn’t have a bad experience until now a day later. My big toe was more red earlier and currently soaking it in epsom salts. Two pics are before and two are currently with the swelling. The owners really nice so I’m disappointed that this happened.

I have been consistently going to my friend’s hair salon in downtown but live in new west. However, I’ve been looking for a new hair salon that’s much closer by. I actually heard about jade nail salon in a local new west community fb group where someone was looking for an all-in-one place for nails/hair/eyelash extensions and they were highly recommended. I looked into them and they had amazing ratings and I was surprised I hadn’t found out about them earlier as they are only 7 min drive from me. I came to my haircut + scalp therapy appointment 15 mins early but Sylvia who was my hair stylist (owner, I had found out after) greeted me right away still and offered me to look in their snack drawer for snacks while she got the area cleaned up. I received an amazing scalp therapy treatment for my hair for 40 mins prior to my haircut. Hailey did an amazing thorough job with it and it was very relaxing. I have traditionally very thick long Asian hair and generally takes a long time to cut, dry and style my hair but Sylvia was able to do it all in under an hour with a beautiful blowout. She even offered to curl it after but I was needing to head out. She made me feel so special, welcomed and the salon experience was awesome! She was very attentive to my concerns for using hair products for my sensitive skin/scalp and answered any questions I had and made recommendations for hair care and styling products as well. Bonus that there is an amazing coffee and bakery salon next to it that you can go in before or after for coffee and a treat. Lots of free 2 hr parking on the street as well. I will definitely be coming back for my next haircuts! Anybody who is looking for an experienced hair stylist with Asian hair or any of your haircut/styling needs I would definitely recommend Sylvia!
