Ryan did an excellent job of fixing our issues in a timely fashion. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The work he did was top-notch and he cleaned up after himself. It was a pleasure to have him as our service technician.

Our furnace stopped working on a -30 degree Friday evening in January. J&A sent out two technicians after hours. The technicians were very pleasant and professional. They explained clearly what was wrong with the furnace, explained options for fixing it and at 7:00 p.m. drove across town to get the replacement part.
