Our furnace stopped working on a -30 degree Friday evening in January. J&A sent out two technicians after hours. The technicians were very pleasant and professional. They explained clearly what was wrong with the furnace, explained options for fixing it and at 7:00 p.m. drove across town to get the replacement part. By 8:30 that evening the furnace was working again. I would highly recommend J & A Plumbing and Heating for any furnace maintenance and repair. Scott Bell

Had a hot water heater that sprung a leak in the evening. Reached out to J&A and they got me a quote in the morning and were able to install a new water heater before 1:00 PM that next day. They worked quickly, laid out drop cloths on the floor so that they did not soil the carpet while going in and out with the new water heater and removing the old one. Very happy with their service - and having hot water!

Our experience was great.Talked us through all our options. The guys that installed the furance were very professional. Walk us through want was done.Cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend them in a heart beat. Thanx again for the great service

I called J & A Heating and Plumbing on a Saturday to schedule an estimate for a wood or natural gas fireplace installation. John, the estimator, arrived early for his appointment the following Wednesday—despite a snowstorm! He was very friendly and knowledgeable, clearly explaining the options and what could and couldn’t be done. Before leaving, he said I would have an estimate within a day or two, and true to his word, I received it in two days. I highly recommend John and J & A Heating and Plumbing.

Very disappointed in this company. Furnace had quite and they sent someone to fix it. They got it working but said it wouldn't last long so asked for a quote and they said they would send someone out but NEVER did. No phone call and won't answer the phone when I call. I work in the sales industry and This is NOT how business should be conducted. This place is a joke. You want your furnace fixed or replaced go some place else. Can't believe I have had to go almost a month without a furnace and and spending more money on portable heaters to keep the h9use from freezing cause these guys can't answer there phone or get back to clients Seems the statement "We Pride ourselves on being the primier, most trusted supplier or dependable, user friendly plumbing and heating products and service in Saskatchewan" isn't true what so ever And forget about the 24/7 Emergency service as that's not even true as it still takes days to even get someone to help

My furnace quit working, called J&A, they sent someone 3 days later to fix it. It worked for 3 days. He had said it might not stay working and there was one thing they try replacing but it is 20 years old and would probably need replacing soon anyway. After it quit working again I called to get the quote and they said someone would be there at 2 to measure and could possibly replace it within the next day or two. They would send me the quote and info for applying for the financing. They never showed up, never called, sent me the info for financing but not the quote which I needed a price to apply for financing. Thankfully my son got the furnace running as it is freezing out. Called again a week later (yesterday)they said someone should be able to come measure that day or the next, they would call me back. Still no one called.

Had a great experience with JA. My water heater had failed on the weekend and I called them first thing Monday morning. Had a person come and quote within an hour and booked in first thing, next morning for install. The team showed up on time, were professional, had the job finished early afternoon, and cleaned up after. Would highly recommend.

They installed our AC system and did an excellent job. Everyone we communicated with was very friendly and knowledgeable. We also had used J &A Heating and Plumbing a couple years ago to fix our water heater and they did a great job on that. Honest pricing and solid work. Definitely recommend them.
