I don't leave reviews often, but this place definitely deserves 100 stars. I've been a loyal customer of Ivy Garden Nails for about 5 years and I do not go anywhere else. The customer service is phenomenal, the nail technicians are amazing, kind, and do great work. I've been seeing Sam for many years who has done all mani/pedi's at least every 2 weeks and he's amazing. These are my most recent nails I've gotten done by Sam this month and he never disappoints! My nails never lift. Never chip. He takes his time. And he's so sweet! Ivy Garden Nails is amazing and I will continue to be a loyal customer and I always tell people who compliment my nails about this nail salon, who does my nails, and the amazing customer service is always recieve when I walk in through their doors.

I was very disappointed with my experience. I specifically requested a classic pedicure, but I was charged $88.20 at the end. During the service, additional items were added without clearly explaining what they were or that they would increase the price. When I questioned the total, I was told that the technician didn’t inform me because she was new. However, the staff and management were present during the service, which makes this explanation unacceptable. Regardless of whether an employee is new, it is the salon’s responsibility to clearly communicate prices and get customer consent before adding extra services. This lack of transparency made me feel uncomfortable and misled. I will not be returning.

I was visiting from Vancouver and decided to find a local spot to get my acrylic set filled. I randomly selected Ivy's. I didn't know what to expect but kept the bar low. I was absolutely astonished! Sam's attention to detail absolutely blew my mind. The shape is absolutely perfect! I have been getting my nails done for the better part of 20 years and can say with confidence that this is the best set ive ever had. ❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

Amazing! I went in as I went to a different salon and was unhappy with my results. I booked here and had amazing service and an amazing set of nails done! I am so appreciative of the service and quality! Will definitely be coming back

Came in for a full set. Paid $90 for terrible art work and customer service. The star looks like a one year old did it, the cat is horrendous and the swirl isn’t even the right colour. Not to mention they forgot to put the white tip on the shoe and the music notes are horrible. Going home to paint over them as we speak. Edit: I was very clear that I was not happy with the service. When I was leaving I said that this service was not worth $90, that the nails looked bad and that I was disappointed. To which I was met with no accommodation, or even an apology or any further explanation or assistance. The artwork is clearly sloppy. By the half way through my appointment I was very clearly unhappy with the services and all your technician did was giggle when I frowned at the artwork she showed me on my nails. If your technicians are unable to do the service requested,(especially when I asked if these nails would be too complicated to do and she said she could do it), then don’t say you can do the service. The shape is different on every nail and most of them are crooked or a different length. When I went and got them fixed today by another salon the nail tech had to trim down most of my nails to make them the same length. They also gave me a discount for a mistake their salon didn’t even make and made sure that i was accommodated and happy with my set the whole time. That is professionalism and what i would expect to see from all salons. Unfortunate that i wasted my money and time at this place but glad i know to never go back lol!!
