When I got my piercing she had really long nails going up my nose, I got a bloody nose, and instead of using a guiding tube or a peice of metal she used a peice of a cork. I don't think they know how un-sanitary and how un safe that is, she got the needle stuck in the cork so she had to twist it out of my nose, she also bent the backing of the stud she put in my nose. From that experience I don't go there any more

Terrible Service. She was 20 minutes late for the service that I booked ahead of time. I told her what I wanted ahead of time, and provided a picture. The girl before me got a stencil for her tattoo, so I thought she would have made me a stencil too. She didn’t make me a stencil, instead she hand drew my design on very shakily. I am not impressed with the quality of service of my tattoo, she went too deep, and did a terrible job. I also bought a plant from her and she didn’t give me the right plant among purchase, at a separate time. I will no longer be supporting this business.

Kalli is incredible! I have a rook piercing that was pierced at another shop in Saskatchewan. Not once, not twice, but 3 times the ball fell off of the barbell, and given the piercing location it was impossible to get back on without a piercers help. Kalli was super accommodating with helping me all 3 times and then putting in new jewlery to eliminate the issue altogether. Kalli's knowledge about the body modification industry is inspiring! Thanks Kalli for going out of your way to help! I'll be seeing you in the future for my piercings moving forward ❤️

Kalli is amazing, I brought my 10 year old daughter in to get her ears pierced. I walked in with a nervous kid, and Kalli had her calmed right down and chatting away distracted all before she even sat her down! Then Kalli had her so well distracted with conversation, Emilia told her she could go ahead and pierce her now- when it was already done! Very impressed!
