At a different salon, I had a very bad experience having highlights done in my hair 3 years ago, (alot of breakage). I haven’t trusted anyone to do anything to my hair since. Lately I have really been wanting/needing a refresh, so I found Ivory & Brass online and made the appointment… very nervous of course. Emerie was my stylist, and by taking the time to talk to me about my hair and what I was wanting she explained to me what she thought would have the best/safest results. I have to say Emerie is very well trained and she has also educated herself about hormonal hair loss. I can honestly say I absolutely love what she did to my hair she nailed it!! I will absolutely be going back to her. She is now my stylist :) Beautiful salon also 💖

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been seeing Bri since 2018, and she’s truly a master of colour! No one else has ever been able to get my hair looking this good. I drive all the way from Victoria to Nanaimo just to see her — totally worth the trip every time. Bri always knows exactly what will look best, and I leave feeling amazing after every visit. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful, professional colour and a stylist who genuinely cares!

I came to Ivory and Brass Studio in dire need of a stylist to fix my hair. Long story short, I’m new to the area, found a salon that I thought was great, turns out they’re not (in hair & customer service), lived with a nasty blonde color & fried ends, then I reached out to Bri. She assured me that she could fix my hair and be within my budget ❤️ This is where I met Emerie! She turned my hair into something that I absolutely love and get so many compliments on. I couldn’t be more satisfied and will tell everyone I know, where to go for great hair and service. I walked out of the salon feeling beautiful and confident again! I could thank both of these girls enough for the amazing job and Bri getting me in the chair on short notice! I felt so comfortable at the studio and honestly can’t wait to go back in! The both of them teamed together is a match made in business heaven as the two personalities just “flow”. Thank you both for making me feel like me again ❤️
