I can’t recommend birth biomechanics with Riannon Setterfield enough! I only wish I’d seen her sooner. I started struggling with sciatica in my third trimester so made an appointment. A morning session with her would really set me up for a good day. On top of that, I had a quick and smooth labour, and I’m sure a big part of that was my work with her (along with her prenatal yoga classes)!

I went to see Dr. Ouimet for a consult about my sprained ankle and she suggested prolotherapy. After 8 weeks of not healing its own, just 2 sessions of prolo got me back playing soccer! She was very helpful, and asked a lot of questions to try to resolve issues why it wasn't healing and gave me stretches and exercises to keep it strong in the future. She also did accu to help speed the healing along. Amazing experience!

I saw Ambryn Ethier for a dental cleaning and it was the most thorough cleaning I've ever had, she was professional and compassionate if I needed her to be gentle in certain areas.

Classes are amazing. Teachers are friendly, welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. They help you out with form and can help with modifications if needed. I’ve only taken classes, but love them and the equipment is great. Would highly recommend trying it out if you are looking for a new gym.
