I can’t recommend Dr. Natalie Blake enough! She is absolutely amazing and truly takes the time to understand me, not just as an athlete, but as a person with a specific routine, schedule, and lifestyle. Every session feels completely personalized to what I need at that moment. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, attentive, and fully invested in your progress and wellbeing as an athlete, I highly, highly recommend her!

I have been seeing Sean for RMT, and Casey for physio for a couple of years now and always feel welcomed and comfortable with both of them and the staff at Optimal. Sean is great at listening to my concerns and adapting the massage accordingly. The communication is always easy and respectful. Both of them have also treated my teen daughter and have been nothing but amazing with her. Both treatments were explained to her well, and helped her to understand her needs. The reception staff is also wonderful and very accommodating.

Sean was awesome! Super easy to talk to and understood my multiple problems. The massage was wonderful, and he was very receptive to feedback re: pressure, etc. Very pleased with my experience here and will be back again!

Dr. Natalie Blake was impressive!! I booked in for a laser consult for my sore shoulder. Her information was enlightening. Her approach made me comfortable and no there was no bone cracking. I walked out without stabbing pain. Will definitely be back for more treatment and strength rehabilitating info!!

Newer Bright & Clean facility Friendly & welcoming environment, Monica has a very in-depth understanding of the bodies muscles and gave great insight into how to regain strength flexibility & overall movement with my areas of injury. Also her understanding of the nervous system made confident that there is more that can be done to improve my range of motion and overall pain levels after multiple surgery’s. Super clear communication from booking to treatment. A1 service.
