Was in need of repair of a large chip in my windshield. Communication was good, I was able to get an appointment within a couple days, and the service was performed very quickly. As a bonus I was able to walk over to the nearby brewery and have a beer while I waited :) Definitely recommend the service at this shop!

Thank you Neil and Apple Auto Glass Nanaimo! It was an absolute pleasure working with you. I work at a glass shop in northern BC, F F R Glass Service Ltd. When one of our pervious customers called with an issue, but had recently moved to Nanaimo I went looking for a shop we could refer him to there. With the most and highest google reviews I call and spoke with Neil. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Neil kept us updated on the situation and help our customer as we would. Highly recommend this shop!

I took my vehicle in last week and received the best service ever! Neil went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant...coffee, tea and hot chocolate available plus no waiting at all..my car was taken in immediately and the repair was completed in about 20 minutes! I highly recommend Neil and his shop and will be returning for any future windshield repair or replacement!

Customer service: 10/10 Communication: 10/10 Glass repair: 10/10 Experience: 20/10 They even did a little clean of the dash that was incredibly neglected. The little details don’t go unnoticed! I’ve previously had experience at another shop where the windshield was not cleaned properly and you could barely see out of it. So this went above and beyond my expectations. Glass is clear. Car is clean. No more dusty dash. All the staff I interacted with via phone and in person were lovely. Will definitely be recommending them to others!

What an amazing experience I had today at Apple Auto Glass Nanaimo on Cliff St. Neil you made by day good sir! I showed up without appointment, the guys came out to greet me and see what my problem was. I told them I was dealing with a leak, and water was getting in to the cab, and I suspected the windshield as the culprit. Sure enough there was a small amount of rust starting at the top of the windshield. Neil had my truck in right away, and even had my particular windshield in stock, 2 hours later I received the call to come pick it up. Brand new windshield installed and rust treated. Now that’s service that cannot be beat! This will be my go to glass shop for any future needs, I highly recommend Neil and his team to anyone looking for auto glass mid island. Thanks Again
