I’ve been a loyal client at this salon for a long time, and Anne was by far the best masseuse I’ve ever had, not just at this salon, but at any salon I’ve ever visited. She has a unique, strong, and effective style that’s perfect for anyone who prefers an intense, deep massage. Since she left, I’ve tried three other masseuses, but none of them compare to her skill and technique. If anyone knows where Anne is currently working, please let me know. She’s truly amazing, and I’d love to continue being her client!

This is my first time visiting this spa, and the experience has been amazing. The massage here is truly authentic! This morning, I had a session with a therapist named Tiffany. She is so professional. It was the best one-hour massage I’ve had in Richmond. I came in feeling stressed from work, and now I feel completely relaxed and recharged—ready to start a new day. I’ll definitely be coming back next time! I highly recommend her for you guys!

This is my third visit to this spa, and every experience has been fantastic. The massages here are truly legit! I was just there this morning and had a session with a Japanese therapist, Yoko. It was the best one-hour massage I've ever had in Richmond. I came in feeling stressed from work, and now I feel completely relaxed and refreshed—ready to take on the day again. I’ll definitely be coming back next time!

UPDATE: When I would go previously this place was great the staff did exceptional job. But recently it seems like either employees have turned a bit lazy or new hires. The quality of the signature massage is just not up to par. They do more inadequate rubbing than actual massaging. They have also added a minimum $10 tip to hour massage. I feel a tip should reflect the quality of the massage. It felt like the masseuse was running out the time and not proper massage.
