I'm not one to usually post reviews like this but I'm very unimpressed with Michelle(the owner). I got extensions put in November. Not a cheap service, decided to treat myself. She told me they would stay in for 12 weeks. It's been exactly 4 weeks and they are falling out. I messaged her about this a few days ago and she got me in tonight to tighten them in more, our appointment was set for 7pm, she texted me at 6pm informing me she was running behind and ask if we push the appointment to 8pm instead, I was understanding, made arrangements with my childcare and agreed to this. I showed up at 745pm (i was fine waiting a few minutes), she had someone else in the chair and hadn't even started coloring this other clients hair! I sat and waited for an HOUR before I finally got up and left. Not even acknowledgment of her running so far behind, not an "I'm sorry", absolutely nothing. $350 wasted, my time wasted, all before the holidays. Just very unprofessional and disappointing all around. It's safe to say I definitely will not be back.

Love this salon. You can book online and they provide great services. Always leave satisfied. Staff is friendly! I’m a repeat customer, and have been looking for a good, reliable salon. This fits the bill!

I recently got my hair done by Kaitlyn, and I'm really happy with how it turned out! Kaitlyn did an amazing job and totally changed how I look, making me feel gorgeous. I was really impressed by how she changed my dark brown hair to this awesome shade that I love now. Kaitlyn was really patient the whole time, and she paid a lot of attention to every detail when she cut and colored my hair.What makes Kaitlyn stand out is that she really understands what you want and makes it happen. She listened carefully to what I wanted and made it even better than I imagined. I definitely recommend Kaitlyn to anyone who wants a great stylist. She's really talented and does an awesome job! Thank you so much, Kaitlyn, for making my hair look amazing!

Completely disregard the 1 star review by somebody else, Erin was awesome! I managed to get an appointment on very short notice after my normal hairdresser cancelled. Erin listened exactly to what I wanted and made the colour so much more natural for me. I'm obsessed with my hair now! Definitely going back, definitely recommend this business!
