Beautiful studio! The Wellness side is also a huge plus. I saw Brooke with physiotherapy & Jas for RMT. Brooke was very helpful! I’ve had ongoing lower back pain postpartum and she helped by showing me better form to help strengthen my back. My hubby and I both saw Jas for RMT and we both agreed it was the best RMT we have ever seen. She is very helpful and wants to get to the root of the problem. We will definitely be back ☺️ great additions to Iron Cycle team!

As a long time runner, I was a little nervous about trying out a different form of cardio, let alone something that involved being with a group of strangers in a room doing intense physical activity for almost an hour with loud music playing the whole time. Turns out, all those elements and more have been the things I love a lot about coming to Iron Cycle! I love the togetherness of the classes, and the encouragement of the whole Iron Cycle team every single class. Since incorporating spin (and their RMT sessions!!!) into my routines more frequently, I actually think I’ve become stronger physically and mentally both as a runner and in life, thanks in part to Iron Cycle!

I’ve been coming to Iron Cycle for a while now, and the positivity here is honestly amazing. The instructors create such a welcoming atmosphere and know exactly how to push you and help you push yourself in the best way! I love the mix of spin, strength, and yoga classes 👟 each one leaves me feeling stronger and motivated 💪. The vibe, the people, and the energy make this place stand out 🤩🤩

Cannot recommend this studio more! The staff are incredibly motivating – each instructor brings their own unique energy, and they always know how to push you just the right amount. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned rider, they make you feel confident and supported the whole time. The rides themselves are amazing! They offer a variety of classes (more than just spin) and have really enjoyed the new strength classes they are offering. I leave every class feeling stronger and more energized! I highly recommend to all of my friends and family!

Iron Cycle is truly an amazing space. The instructors don’t just lead a class—they motivate, uplift, and encourage you in a way that makes every ride/class feel empowering. The atmosphere is always positive and energizing, and every time you step into the room you can feel the boost it gives your body and your mindset. Highly recommend!
