I am a regular customer at this nail salon, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. I came in for red glass cat-eye nails, which took almost 2 hours because of nail technician’s fault. Throughout the service, the nail artist was speaking in Chinese with another staff member. As a customer in Canada, I expect a common language like English to be used during service. It made me very uncomfortable, as I had no idea what was being discussed. The older nail technician (i think she is the ownet) who initially worked on my nails was very rude and clearly struggled with the technique. The magnet for the cat-eye effect was not used properly, and when I tried to politely explain and even showed a video reference, she kept saying “yeah, I know” without actually listening or accepting the mistake. Later, another technician took over and did a much better job, but by then the damage was done. I was still not happy with the final result, especially after paying $80, which was the price told to me beforehand. I chose not to argue because it was a special day for me, and I didn’t want to ruin it further. However, this experience spoiled my day, my nails, and my trust in this salon. This was honestly the most disappointing service I’ve ever received. I expected much better, especially as a loyal customer

I visited this salon expecting a relaxing manicure and pedicure, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Customer service was lacking. The staff were talking loudly and continuously among themselves in their own language, which made the environment uncomfortable and stressful. A salon visit should be calm and relaxing, but this was not the case. Additionally, the price I was quoted before the service did not match what I was charged at the end, and this was never explained to me beforehand. Clear communication about pricing is very important and was missing here. I was also not informed in advance that choosing a regular nail polish pedicure would mean I could not wear my shoes afterward. When I asked what I should do, I was told to go home wearing the foam pedicure slippers provided by the salon. This was very inconvenient and unprofessional, especially without prior notice. Overall, there was poor communication, lack of professionalism, and little consideration for the customer experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving service standards.

Come here if you don’t care about the health of your nails! Been here a couple times and my experiences have been subpar, so I usually only come if my regular isn’t available. Came in today for a soak off of acrylic nails that I got somewhere else and I informed the lady that my nails are quite sensitive and I don’t want to use drills where it’s not necessary. However, she ignored my request and used drills to the point where I felt heat and burning on my natural nail… when she finally did use the soak off solution, because my nail had already been drilled down so much I literally felt the solution burn whatever nerves are in my natural nail. Every time I told the nail tech that she was drilling too hard, she would say I’m going very light and you shouldn’t feel anything thus invalidating my pain. Now my nails are left weak and brittle which is not how they were when I first started this acrylic nail phase about a month ago, and I have to start nail health journey over again! Very, not happy with this service!!

Super happy with my results. I came in as a walk in, and Leah was able to fit me in. I showed her a picture of what it was that I was wanting, and she did an amazing job on following through! She was kind and gentle too.
