Stefan is a great guy and a skilled physiotherapist. He has played a valuable part in helping me to heal a shoulder injury over the past year, and has also helped my husband immensely with his injuries over the years.

I went to Stefan pre and post shoulder surgery. He's very thorough, knowledgeable, informative, friendly, caring and most importantly, honest - making sure I'm progressing properly and safely without anything unnecessary and making sure I'm not in any pain. He's provided with me a plethora of exercises and tips to help me get back to normal arm operating order (as best as the surgery would allow). He always answered any questions I had every time I saw him. I definitely recommend him to anyone that is in need of a physio.

Stefan is an excellent physiotherapist who has provided care for me the past 2 years. He helped me prepare for and recover from total knee replacements of both my right and left knees with excellent results. He is on time, accommodating and easy to communicate with regarding appointments. He is very knowledgeable and provides relatable, practical advice and plenty of encouragement and emotional support.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a highly capable physiotherapist. Some back story, I've had lower back pain for quite some time now. But back in 2022, the pain had gotten to a point where I couldn't stand on some days. Fast forward to a year later, my pain had become more bearable from performing numerous stretches that I've found online, but my full mobility never returned. One of my buddies had recommend me to go see his physio, Stefan. At this point, I was worried that the pain would never subside, so I decided to go. I'm so glad I went to see Stefan for my lower back pain. After several visits, the pain had significantly improved, to the point where some days I did not feel any pain/tension. During my visits, Stefan was explained and provided exercises that I had not tried before. To anyone who's looking for a physiotherapist, I would highly recommend Stefan.

When I first visited Stefan, it was clear that he took time to understand my concern and to go through the assessment all the while explaining what he was doing. During the treatments, he outlined what I was to expect (side effects) and helped me get back to my activities. The sessions finished with exercises to help with the rehab. What I especially appreciated was Stefan following up with me outside of sessions to see how I was doing and to provide feedback on my recovery. I am able to return to my activities because of the treatments with Stefan.
