Jason is hands down the best physiotherapist I’ve worked with. I’ve dealt with chronically tight traps and hips for years from desk work, and he’s the first person who actually addressed the root cause instead of just treating symptoms. He doesn’t just give you a list of exercises and book your next couple sessions. He took the time to assess me properly, recreating the issue I had and explained to me visually why I was experiencing my symptoms. That educational piece made a big difference for me because I finally understood the purpose behind the rehab. He also tailored everything to my lifestyle so it was realistic to stick to. And on top of that he actually treats you, I had some soft tissue work and dry needling which gave me instant relief. You can tell he's really knowledge and cares about what he does. Highly recommend.

I had what I thought would be a difficult issue (calcification in a shoulder joint limiting arm movement) before I decided to give physio a shot to try to deal with it. I met Jason here and we had a long talk as he explained the issue and what can be done to work around it. Long story short: After a few weeks later I now have full movement in my arm! My only regret is I didn't seek treatment sooner. I was impressed with Jason and the Ion staff here as they were all super friendly, understanding, and made the whole experience pleasant. I'd recommend them and will go here again if I had any more issues! And it's a 45 minute drive for me despite other physio places being closer if that says anything...

Jason is kind, empathetic and super knowledgeable, guided me through recovery from an intense concussion, as well as many other injuries and concerns from the past over the years. Also Helena was always so nice to talk to at reception, super welcoming and kind. I drove an extra 45 minutes each way just to come here instead of anywhere else if that tells you anything about the quality of service.

My whole family has been seeing Jared for massage therapy over the past few months, and every visit has been an excellent experience. He’s attentive, listens to our concerns, and is a true professional. We can’t recommend him enough! The front desk team is also amazing. They are always warm, welcoming, and so helpful. Sanna, Emma, and Jocelyn are super sweet, quick to respond to any questions, and always on top of everything.

I recently had an appointment with Jarred for a massage therapy session, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, Jarred was welcoming and attentive. He took the time to listen carefully to my areas of concern and made sure to address them throughout the session. His technique was excellent, and I felt that he truly understood my needs. It was evident that he is knowledgeable in his field and genuinely cares about his clients. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
