I went to Intrinsi because I had been dealing with shoulder pain that was starting to affect my workouts, my daily life, and even my sleep. Working with Sam was a really positive experience. He took the time to explain what was going on and even showed me visually how the nerves, muscles, and bones in my shoulder work together, which helped me better understand the source of the pain.I actually started feeling improvement from the very first session, and over time I noticed that I needed painkillers less and less. After four sessions, my shoulder feels so much better and I can finally say I’m back to my normal life. I still have to keep up with my exercises, but I’m very grateful for the care and guidance I received. I would definitely recommend Intrinsi to anyone dealing with similar pain.

Had an awesome bike fitting appointment with Spencer. Spencer made the whole process stress free and amazing! We even ended up watching some biking videos together which made the whole session way more fun. 10/10 would recommend getting a bike fit with Spencer!

I used the physiotherapy service to have my bike properly fitted by Spencer Potz. The experience was incredible. It was very thorough and the equipment and knowledge I gained was significant. I cannot believe it took me so long to make this investment in my health. He gave great advice on my bike setup but also complimentary health items like stretches for my own unique situation and how to adjust our exercise bike at home. Because of the nature of the service I was also to claim through benefits. Highly recommend the service but more specifically Spencer.

From start to finish, my bike fitting session was exceptional. Spencer was extremely thorough, analyzing my posture, flexibility, riding goals, and even small details I never would have noticed on my own. Every adjustment was clearly explained, and the improvements were immediate — better comfort, smoother pedal stroke, and no more pressure points. The service felt personal, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me ride better. I left with a perfectly dialed-in setup and a much better understanding of my own body mechanics. Absolutely a 5-star experience. Would recommend to any cyclist, beginner or experienced.
