Many years ago, we had our roof installed by Interlock Roofing Company, which came with a lifetime warranty. The roof served us well, but over the last couple of years the paint began to peel and it became quite unsightly. We contacted Interlock to request a replacement. I have to admit, it took some time and a few follow-up emails and phone calls, but eventually our case was passed to Todd — and thanks to him, our problem was fully resolved. Todd arranged for the best installer, Danny, to handle our roof, and I don’t have enough words to describe how exceptional he is. Not only is Danny extremely knowledgeable and professional, but he is also a true perfectionist who pays attention to every detail. Our roof looks beautiful again thanks to both Todd and Danny. We truly appreciate their dedication and the quality of their work.

Extremely satisfied with the whole process. The initial visit by the sale representative shows they have done their research on my roof and what will be required. They started work exactly when they said they would. The installation crew that worked on the roof always kept the site clean and free of nails and other trash. Highly recommended.

From the time I made the decision, to select Interlock as the successful roofing company, I have been extremely satisfied. The customer service has need excellent, regardless of whether it was administration, schedulers or the sale representative. The 4-5 man crew worked hard and long hours, under very hot conditions. Under the supervision of Antonio, a man with extensive experience and thoroughness, the project advanced quickly. One thing that demonstrated this was the focus on keeping the site clean and free of materials and nails and fasteners. Upon completion, my neighbours were echoing my own observation; if a roof could be beautiful, this one met that standard. People walking the public trail, have stopped to take pictures, and ask questions. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

My husband and I debated for some time as whether or not to replace our aging roof with a metal roof or go with the standard asphalt shingles. We’re so happy we decided to go with the metal roof as it turned out better than our expectations and doesn’t take away from the contemporary house style. We appreciated that the original meet and greet started with the estimate right up front and then led into the details of the roof color choices., etc. The roofers were hard working and professional and did a great job of cleaning up the yard daily. We highly recommend this company!

I bought a house with an interlock roof installed, it was a huge selling point of the house, unfotunately the seller did not tell me (possibly they did not know) that the warranty needed to be transfered (I mean seriously, the roof was installed on the house, not their backs), my "life time" roof started leaking, I contacted Interlock for assistance and they asked me if I transfered the warranty within 60 days, and I advised them that I had no idea that I had to. I told them that I would be willing to pay the transfer fee. And they refused. The reason you ask.... Because they cannot prove that I did not modify the roof. Seriouly! So I asked, how could you prove that the original owner did not modify the roof if you do not come out to inspect it, they had no answer for this. They use a loophole not to back their product that they swear is a lifetime product! Do not buy Interlock, it is way over priced. I am now installing shingles that have a 50 year Labor and Product warranty that is warrantied to the RESIDENT not the Owner! They are called Mystique shingles and are produced in Alberta, I am certain any roofer in the Canada can obtain them, and they are beautiful! *In response to the owner below, the product warranty is by Interlock brand not the installer so it does not matter where it was installed, the product itself is horrible. The roofer below may be wonderful, but the product Interlock itself is garbage. But just to clarify, this owner did nothing wrong. My home is in Alberta, it is the Interlock Company themselves that I have a problem with*
