If you go in just to get highlights because they're cheap, you could be in serious danger. I sat there for five hours(0900-1400) for only bleaching of highlights while my hair was breaking off and falling out badly. It was a truly dangerous experience. They were literally complete beginners. No one — not even the instructor — said anything was wrong. They just kept saying things like “awesome,” “perfect,” and “nice” to each other. Meanwhile, my hair was melting, and I had to stop her when she said she was going to add 30-volume bleach again. It was the most dangerous hair experience I've ever had. I really recommend that they practice shampooing and basic techniques more before touching anyone else’s hair without real experience. - Feedback After two weeks : The part where the highlights were bleached has mostly broken off, and the amount of my hair has been reduced by half. The damage I’ve suffered is devastating.
