I had an absolutely amazing experience with Intercity clinic. Our little yorkie puppy was suffering from severe vomiting and diarhea with moderate bleeding. I drove her immediately to Intercity at around midnight and they welcomed us with open arms. They took her in immediately and provided her with treatment. The staff and the doctors are kind, highly competent, and they took the time to explain everything to us. Our little girl is now in recovery and doing much better. I'm so grateful for Intercity's swift action. They are true professionals - thank you so much!

Saved my cat’s life. He had a full urinary blockage and bladder stones, but is now back to his happy sweet self. They were able to help him as soon as we arrived because they didn’t have a large queue of patients. As soon as I arrived I felt like I was being taken care of by good aunties and uncles. They were empathetic while being very clear and direct about what the costs were and what was happening with my cat. During my cat’s recovery I anxiously called them almost daily and they were so sweet and understanding. They were available for follow-up visits and medications whenever I needed them. They very generously didn’t charge me for any follow up visits, either.

I would like to thank the veterinary clinic for their wonderful care, doctor A. Ranjan. Our kitten was very small and weak after the surgery, and we were very worried. The doctors and staff were kind, attentive, and truly caring. They helped our little cat recover and supported her through the difficult period after the operation. Thanks to their professionalism and compassion, our kitten is now feeling much better. We are very grateful and highly recommend this clinic. P.S. It happened a few days ago right before Christmas… miracle …

I took my cat to Intercity Emergency on Friday, September 26, after her tail was badly damaged in a cat fight. This is the second time I've been to Intercity, and this visit, like the first one (hence my willingness to return), was exceedingly positive. I was able to get in right away, and both the staff member and the veterinarian I dealt with were kind and clear in their communication. I had complete confidence that my beloved pet was in very competent, very caring hands. Four hours later, after a brief (and, admittedly, not inexpensive) surgery, I was able to bring my cat and her repaired tail back home Should the need arise in the future (obviously, I hope it won't), I would not hesitate to return to Intercity, nor would I hesitate to recommend them to anyone else who may require their services.
