I’ve been seeing Farshid for acupuncture and Sebastian for physiotherapy, and the progress I’ve made in the last couple of months has been incredible. They are both extremely supportive, patient, and committed to finding what works best for me. I highly recommend Integrated Functional Health for anyone seeking quality care and results.

Maninder was excellent and very professional. He was referred by Sukh, and I am really glad I saw him. He focused precisely on my upper-back pain points, explained each muscle clearly, and made sure the pain was reduced before ending the session. Very knowledgeable, attentive, and patient therapist. Post session, He shared with me the best strecthings possible which would help me relief the pain and ease the muscle a bit and asked me to include it in my daily routine. Highly recommended!

Best:- Integrated functional health. I went in with really bad back pain and was initially planning to book a massage. The lady at the front desk, Rakshita, suggested I try acupuncture instead and helped me book an appointment. She was extremely patient and kind, helping me fill out the forms since I had difficulty reading things properly because I am old guy 😅, which I truly appreciated. Honestly, it turned out to be the best decision. Farshid did an amazing job. The acupuncture treatment helped relieve my pain significantly, and I felt so much better afterward. I slept better and felt more balanced after the acupuncture session.I noticed reduced tension and better mobility in my back even after the first session. The atmosphere at the clinic is calm and welcoming, and the entire team is friendly!

My regular chiropractor had retired and I reluctantly tried a couple of chiropractors but they were quick with adjustments and had me out within minutes. They also came up with a plan where they wanted to see me at least twice a week. It seemed like more of a business. I didn't go to anyone for a while but as December came around I wanted to utilize my benefits before the end of the year and upon a search of chiropractors near me, I came across Inderdip Jhutty. Her hours were flexible and I booked an appointment with no expectations. I am extremely happy she came up by the power of google search. She listened patiently to all my issues. She observed my movements and did not rush through our appointment. I had her full attention. She truly cares and asked me things I liked about my chiropractor who retired. No one I saw every asked me that. She took her time to work out areas that were full of tension and then did adjustments. I felt such a relief after treatment with all the built up tension. Spots that were tender and painful were now pain free. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend seeing her if you are looking for a chiropractor that genuinely cares.

I had an amazing experience getting a massage from Karmal, the bodyworker. He has a very treatment-focused approach, and you can tell he really understands the body. He was able to release deep muscle tension I’d been carrying in my calves and the back of my head (something most therapists usually miss). I left feeling lighter, more aligned, and incredibly relaxed. The new clinic is absolutely beautiful, spacious, calming, and thoughtfully designed. 💯 The atmosphere truly enhances the entire experience and makes you feel cared for the moment you walk in. Highly recommend both Karmal and the clinic for anyone looking for a quality, results driven massage in a gorgeous setting…
