I booked three sessions with R.D. last week and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Session issues: • All 3 appointments started late (10–15 mins each time). • I clearly requested specific areas to be treated (shoulder/back, then head/neck, then legs). Each session ignored my request, with long stretches of the therapist just holding pressure with minimal technique. • The second day especially felt unprofessional — little actual treatment and more idle time than therapy. • Third session again started late due to a "break" and still didn’t focus on what I asked for. Cleanliness & environment — major concern: • The treatment room felt cluttered and messy. • Bedsheets were yellowish, pillow had no cover and was stained with oil marks (photo attached). • Towels didn’t feel fresh. • When lying face down, I could clearly see dust and dirt on the floor. • The room was overly bright and noise from the next room made it difficult to relax. For a physiotherapy clinic, hygiene, client comfort and listening to patient needs should be a basic standard. I expected a professional therapeutic session, not just standing pressure and idle time. I really hope the clinic improves its cleanliness, session quality and responsiveness to client requests. This experience did not feel worth the time or money.

Amazing place, Highley recommend Iyad for any problems, he has been a great physio, understanding, explanatory and thorough!!! Can't say enough things, have recommended friends and family and they all have had great improvements too

Iyad has been absolutely wonderful. Went to him for two separately problems and he takes the time to figure out exactly where the problem is. He also is wonderful at educating his patients about their body. Highly recommend him.

Andrea Liu was wonderful. I had been suffering from shoulder pain for 4 months and nothing seemed to help. With one session only, the pain is almost entirely gone. I'm very grateful for her help.

Iyad is HIGHLY recommended! He is gentle, caring, and truly excellent with seniors. My mom has had a wonderful experience—he works with great patience and skill.
