I recently tried a class here and the workout itself was good, and the instructor seemed knowledgeable. However, the studio felt very crowded, with mats placed extremely close together, which made the experience uncomfortable for me.

Absolutely loved Cara’s class here. The space is beautiful and perfectly heated. She challenges you, makes you smile, and leaves you feeling powerful and grounded. I take her classes often and she never disappoints!

First time going to this specific studio, incredibly welcoming and a comfortable vibe from the instructor. Absolutely will be going back highly recommend.

So been off and on for the last year and a half. Had some life happen as we all do and took sometime away. But returning to the space and energy that Dan and the others teachers foster is amazing and words can’t express the appreciation I have to grow, learn and just be me. As of late has really hit home. So I highly recommend anyone looking to try it for the first time or a new place to practice. For me anyway there is a wide variety of classes that fulfill what one may need at the moment. From high energy power beats to the candlelight and chill and every thing in between.
