Quiet and good place to relax. Aima is our family’s RMT. She is the best and she is really good in her field. Ella ( the receptionist ) is also nice and helpful.

The clinic is very aesthetically beautiful and extremely clean. A very calm feel and ambience to it. The front desk staff are very pleasant and helpful. Did clinical Pilates with Yara and she was amazing and quite attentive to my needs . I really enjoyed it and felt a difference . I will definitely be coming again.

Amazing group of professionals who understand the impact of the client’s wellbeing . Living offered a compassionate complimentary introductory class that opened the doorway into an area of healthcare that should be offered more. Riddhi is a talented physiotherapist that understands the human body and how to get things moving. The friendliness of Ella at the front desk adds that special touch to this establishment that has you wanting to come back and explore more options to healthcare and wellness. I recommend 100%

I’ve been coming here for pilate lessons for about a month now, so far I love the experience! I was actually looking for pilate places around in Langley and have tried a few but this one is by far the best. I highly recommend Sally Lee she is my instructor for 1:1 session, she has a background in physiotherapy and she caters to your needs when planning lessons. One of the reasons why I moved here from life studio. The receptionists are super welcoming and nice too. Overall, 5/5.
