We went with Innovative for our new RTM home and we are SO grateful for their incredible work. They did a lot for us including water works, duct work, furnace and water heater install, as well as gas lines for our appliances, etc. Every person we interacted with went above and beyond, answered all of our questions, made sure to explain our options, and showed us how to use our new set up. Building a home can be stressful, especially if contractors aren’t communicative or if delays happen - but the team at Innovative was amazing from start to finish. The job was done efficiently and done well. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. Thank you to Scott, Kevin, and everyone else at Innovative!

Innovative is awesome! Scott and Kevin were able to get me in for a major repair at a very competitive price and quickly! I needed a major plumbing repair on an older house that involved cutting up the concrete floor. Not only were they quick, we had almost no downtime on plumbing while they were working! They were also great to work with, Kevin worked with my Concrete Subcontractor with no problems (Thanks Kevin!) and I had to do no extra work besides getting them in touch with each other. Then at the end of the very messy job, they had the house as clean if not cleaner than when they showed up! If I could give 6/5 stars I would. Would recommend and work with them again!

We can’t thank Innovative enough! Our furnace went out during the coldest days of the year, and they didn’t even hesitate to drive out of town to help us. Not only did they get the new furnace replaced in just a few days, but they also took the time to fix the mess left behind by a previous contractor on the ductwork causing us problems. They genuinely care about their work and their customers, and gave fantastic recommendations and advice. They were kind, professional, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. Can't recommend them enough, Innovative is the way to go. So grateful for their help!

This is the second time Innovative installed a furnace/ac for us. We were very happy the first time in our old house. This time in our new house they worked tirelessly in a small older house space to get the new furnace in and going. Some hiccups along the way but came back the next day and had it all figured out for us. Definitely recommend!

Our furnace wouldn’t turn on this fall and we phoned to get a service call to see what the problem was and what we needed to get it going. Chad came totally unprepared. He had to be prompted to assess the system. Only wanted to upsell us a new boiler system for $15-20,000. It ended up needing a $250 part that was diagnosed by someone else. We’re hoping it would have been Scott or Kevin to help us as they came recommended. Quite disappointed in this service call as it’s $250 just for them to drive to the country.
