As a member, I loved the community, the events that pushed you outside your comfort zone and the incredible coaches who helped me achieve real results. Years later, I joined the company. Seeing IF from the inside has only reinforced how great it is; supportive, professional and genuinely invested in both clients and staff. I am proud to be part of such a strong values-driven community.

Great gym, great environment. The trainers are really dialed on focusing on your goals through carefully planned training blocks. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new gym

Innovative fitness is amazing. Coaching staff is welcoming and knowledgeable specializing workouts to your goals. The atmosphere is always upbeat and overall a fun environment. A great place to come to as a beginner in the gym or someone that wants to continue their journey and needs the motivation.

I am currently doing my ICBC recovery with Ethan. He is very knowledgeable and spends the time to really listen and plan my recovery accordingly. No cookie cutter routine here. I would strongly recommend! All the staff are friendly, helpful, and the facilities have everything you would need, in the gym as well as the change room (showers, lockers, towels and toiletries). Thank you IF.

I’ve been fortunate to get to know the team at Innovative Fitness Coquitlam over the past 3 years. Being a self proclaimed “busy” business owner it was easy to poorly justify pushing a focus on my personal fitness off. Meeting Alex and the team has held me accountable to showing up on the days I could have said no, the days I didn’t really want to be there and helping me better understand the correct movements in the gym allowed me to achieve lasting results. I enjoy the challenge, I enjoy the accountability and I enjoy the camaraderie Alex and the team at IF Coquitlam create. Couldn’t recommend more for a busy professional to create time for yourself (I move better now at 40 than throughout most of my 30’s) and have even added Team Corporate Workouts twice a week to my companies regime.
