I've been with IF in Abbotsford for about 4 months at the time I'm writing this review. They have a really clean gym with all the training gear you need, modern tracking tools, and provide a clear structure from a first conversation to an assessment and goal setting with incremental adjustments as you get more fit towards your goals. The team that I have worked with so far really enjoys what they are doing and that is simply a great atmosphere to be training in. Communications and adjustments of the training are also great with them. Thank you very much for the work so far and onto the next months of training!

Innovative Fitness has been a game-changer for me. The trainers are knowledgeable and invested in helping me reach my goals. The atmosphere is motivating. Everyone is welcoming and the energy is always positive. I had serious doubts that anyone could help me but I am very pleased to say I have experienced real progress.

I have worked with multiple trainers at the Abbotsford location and they are all great! I look forward to every session and feel like I have made real progress. I most definitely recommend the IF Abby team to anyone that cares about their fitness and health!

Hey all, I joined IF two months ago! I came with two rotator cuff tears, poor posture, and an innate ability to compensate for injuries using muscles that should not be used that way or that often! Two months in and I’ve improved my posture, learned now to engage muscles that support my shoulders in all things I do, and I am engaging muscles in my body I never knew I had. Thank you to Yoshi, Tara and the IF Team!! Your program, your training are setting me up for a pain free future and continued success in all the activities I get to continue to enjoy!!! Very Grateful! 😊

Top notch care . I started with Innovative prior to my full shoulder replacement in 2018. They have been with me every step of the way. Trainers are highly skilled and personable. I have never had a bad training day. Programs are interesting and tailored to my needs. I highly recommend .
